| Programme details | The course is offered in collaboration with The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies. It aims to facilitate executives, entrepreneurs or professionals to enhance their knowledge of legal responsibilities of a listed company in Hong Kong, listing process and requirements, functions and duties of board of directors, corporate finance means for listed companies and corporate governance etc.
