Selection of Star of Shaw 2022 was completed, and awards were presented at the Shaw College 37th Founder's Day Celebration Ceremony held on 13 January 2023. The awardee was Dr. CHAN Shannon Melissa(2017/MBCHB). Dr. Chan is currently an assistant professor in the Division of Upper Gastrointestinal & Metabolic Surgery of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, she is also an Honorary Associate Consultant in the Division of Upper Gastrointestinal and Metabolic Surgery working in the Prince of Wales Hospital. Dr. Chan is also the Vice President of the board of MSFHK. She has been awarded the Hong Kong Humanity Award in 2021 and the Ten Outstanding Young People Award in 2022.
