Event Description
Hiking Route
Depart from Cheung Sha Wan MTR station, pass by the bus stop at So Uk Estate and go up the steps. After crossing Tai Po Road via the footbridge, we will begin the hiking route. Follow the Eagle’s Nest Nature Trail towards Strawberry Pass, then after a short section across Lung Yan Road, join the MacLehose Trail. We will soon reach Distance Post M110 of MacLehose Trail. Continue hiking uphill to an elevation of 450 meters, where we will see the radar station on Beacon Hill. Keep going along the MacLehose Trail until we reach Cheung Hang Leng, Kowloon Pass, and Reunification Memorial Pavilion. Take a short rest, then descend via the Lion Rock - Hung Mui Kuk Ancient Trail to the Hung Mui Kuk Barbecue Area. Finally, follow Hung Mui Kuk Road down to Tai Wai MTR station to conclude the hike.
