1. In order to enjoy this Offer, each participant must make a registration for each programme he/she wishes to participate on or before 30 April 2025 and have the first appointment date of each programme scheduled on or before 30 June 2025.
2. This Offer is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to the service availability of CUHKMC or CUHK Clinic.
3. The Offer to be redeemed at CUHK Medical Centre must be booked in advance during the Registration Period by submitting the online appointment enquiry form for booking (https://bit.ly/CUHKMC_NEW-YEAR-OFFER-2025_WEB-FORM). A booking is considered confirmed after a confirmation by SMS/WhatsApp that is sent by CUHKMC to the participant.
