Programme Features
The programme aims to provide advanced academic and practical instructions on music and its broader cultural contexts to equip students with the critical skills and acumen they need in order to thrive in their endeavors.
The programme covers three study areas: “Music and Society”, “Music, Industry, and Creativity” and “Style and Interpretation”. It is designed not only for individuals who currently work in the music field, but also for music lovers with strong musical backgrounds from other professions.

Master of Arts in Music Fellowship
The amount of each Master of Arts in Music Fellowship is HK $100,000. Awardees must not receive any other fellowships, scholarships, and the like during their studies of the Programme. The Programme Admission Panel will nominate outstanding applicants for the fellowship after conducting admission interviews.

Master of Arts in Music Admission Scholarship
The amount of the scholarship will be HK $10,000 each. The Programme Admission Panel will nominate outstanding applicants for the scholarship after conducting admission interviews. Awardees of the Master of Arts in Music Fellowship are not eligible for the Admission Scholarship.
