Programme details	This course is designed to help participants understand and comply with the relevant Ordinances, Listing Rules, Codes, and related rules and regulations through handouts, articles, and case studies. It also equips participants with practical ways to discharge their responsibilities and promote good corporate governance in their organisations. Upon completion of this Part 2 course, together with the anticipated Part 1 course “From IPO to Continuing Obligations of Hong Kong Listed Companies” (Course No.: 610624), the participants will have learnt the entire Hong Kong Listing Rules within 5 months. Moreover, participants are eligible to apply for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). Please click here for more details.
