School of Continuing and Professional Studies – From IPO to Continuing Obligations of Hong Kong Listed Companies

Programme details	This course is designed for participants who are intending or preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), as well as current employees of publicly listed companies, providing them with an in-depth understanding of various methods of raising equity capital. Students will learn how to comply with relevant regulations, including the Ordinances, Listing Rules, Codes, and other related provisions. After completing this course, students can choose to enrol in Part 2, "From Continuing Obligations to Dissolution of Hong Kong Listed Companies” (Course No.: 610625), to gain further insights into the entire process of a publicly listed company. Upon completion of the course, students are eligible to apply for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
